iHot Cosmetics is a GMP-certified manufacturer with over 10 years of experience specializing in skincare, personal care, and hair care product solutions. With a 70,000-square-meter ISO-certified facility, 15 automated production lines, and a 100,000-class cleanroom environment, we provide comprehensive OEM/ODM services to more than 2,000 global brands.

1. Scope of Services
iHot Cosmetics provides end-to-end manufacturing and product development services, including but not limited to:
- Custom formulation and R&D support
- Private label (OEM) manufacturing
- Original design manufacturing (ODM) solutions
- Packaging design and sourcing
- Regulatory compliance assistance
- Bulk production and filling services
- Quality assurance and testing
All services are tailored to meet international standards and specific market requirements.
2. Client Eligibility
By engaging our services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are a legally registered business entity or authorized individual
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- You comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- Your products, branding, and claims do not infringe on third-party rights
We reserve the right to refuse service if these conditions are not met.
3. OEM/ODM Project Process
Our standard project workflow includes:
3.1 Consultation and Requirement Analysis
We work closely with clients to understand product specifications, target market, pricing, and branding requirements.
3.2 Formula Development
Our R&D team develops or adapts formulations based on client needs. Samples are provided for approval before mass production.
3.3 Sampling and Approval
Clients must review and approve product samples, packaging, and specifications in writing before production begins.
3.4 Production
Upon approval and receipt of deposit, production is scheduled according to agreed timelines.
3.5 Quality Inspection
All products undergo strict quality control procedures in compliance with GMP and ISO standards.
3.6 Delivery
Products are shipped according to agreed Incoterms and logistics arrangements.
4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
MOQ requirements vary depending on product type, formulation complexity, and packaging selection. Specific MOQ details will be outlined in individual quotations.
Failure to meet MOQ requirements may result in pricing adjustments or project cancellation.
5. Pricing and Payment Terms
5.1 Quotation Validity
All quotations are valid for a specified period (typically 30 days) unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Payment Structure
Standard payment terms include:
- 30%–50% deposit prior to production
- Remaining balance before shipment
- Alternative payment arrangements may be negotiated based on long-term cooperation.
5.3 Currency
All payments are typically conducted in USD unless otherwise agreed.
5.4 Late Payments
Delays in payment may result in production delays, shipment holds, or additional charges.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Client-Owned IP
All trademarks, logos, and branding materials provided by the client remain the property of the client.
6.2 Custom Formulations
Ownership of custom formulations depends on contractual agreements. In most cases:
- Exclusive formulas require additional fees
- Non-exclusive formulas may be reused or adapted
6.3 Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, product formulas, and business data.
7. Product Compliance and Regulatory Responsibility
While iHot Cosmetics provides support in regulatory documentation and compliance:
Clients are responsible for ensuring product claims comply with local regulations
Clients must verify labeling requirements for target markets
Import/export compliance remains the client’s responsibility
We can assist with documentation such as MSDS, COA, and product registration support upon request.
8. Quality Assurance and Claims
8.1 Quality Standards
All products are manufactured under GMP and ISO-certified processes, ensuring consistent quality and safety.
8.2 Inspection
Clients are encouraged to conduct pre-shipment inspections or appoint third-party inspection agencies.
9. Lead Time and Delivery
Production lead times vary based on product complexity and order size. Typical timelines include:
- Sampling: 7–15 days
- Production: 20–45 days
- Delivery timelines depend on shipping methods and destination.
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance issues
- Shipping disruptions
10. Packaging and Labeling
Clients may choose from:
Standard packaging options
Custom-designed packaging
All artwork must be approved before production. Clients are responsible for ensuring labeling accuracy, including ingredient lists, claims, and compliance marks.
11. Returns and Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of OEM/ODM manufacturing:
Returns are generally not accepted unless due to verified quality defects
Refunds or replacements will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
12. Limitation of Liability
iHot Cosmetics shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, market opportunities, or brand reputation
Misuse or improper storage of products after delivery
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected goods.
13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government actions
Labor disputes
Supply chain disruptions
Affected obligations will be suspended for the duration of such events.
14. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:
The client breaches these Terms
Payment obligations are not fulfilled
Illegal or unethical activities are detected
Clients may terminate projects subject to cancellation fees depending on project stage.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where iHot Cosmetics operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or legal proceedings in the relevant courts.
16. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website with the effective date.
